General conditions

The Manir Shop site enables online purchase of products with clearly defined terms of payment, delivery and complaints. Access to the site is free, and shopping is available to registered and unregistered users.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered during ordering.

Prices and payment

All prices on the website are expressed in dinars (RSD) and include VAT. The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Payment is possible:

  • Cash on delivery
  • Online payment with payment cards

Online transactions are made through an authorized processor and are protected by SSL protocol.

Card data is entered on the secure page of the payment processor Halkbank / Payten. At no time are the card details available to our system.

Delivery

Delivery is made via courier services on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Delivery time is 1-5 working days, unless otherwise indicated.

The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the package when picking it up. In case of visible damage, he is obliged to immediately notify the courier and refuse collection.

Complaints and returns

The customer has the right to complaint and refund within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection. The product must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a buyer who previously paid with a payment card, the refund is made exclusively through VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and Dina cards, and that is by reversing the transaction, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the card user's account at the seller's request.
Return costs are borne by the buyer, except in the case when the product arrived damaged or wrong.
